Accidental Storylines
‘Accidental Storylines’ is an ongoing series of more than 300 A4-sized drawings based on memories, thoughts, views, photographs, dreams and everything in between. All drawings are made in one go. No plans upfront, no touch ups afterwards. With no specific way to read these pages it’s up to you to decide where the story begins and where it ends.
Grafixx invited me to showcase a large number of Accidental Storylines during their yearly festival celebrating the art of visual storytelling, illustration and graphical art.

De Volkskrant wrote an article on the project where I spoke about the ideas behind the drawings and how I use the pieces in my daily work.
